Fresh Sushi

The Wasabi Room is a restaurant within a restaurant. Located at Desert Ridge, The Wasabi Room serves up the freshest Sushi in the Valley. We're very proud of our talented sushi chefs who have years of expertise with dishes including the Hawaii 5-0, tuna flash fried in a peanut-crusted tempura with a sweet miso chili sauce. From California Rolls to Sashimi Salad, the Wasabi Room is sure to please anyone’s pallet.
